How long is the free trial and what does it include?
The free trial is 14 days and includes full access to all features.
What happens when the free trial is over?
After your free trial ends, you will still have access to your account, but it will be view-only. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during the free trial or any time after it expires.
How much does it cost to subscribe to CriticalAsset?
Our pricing is simple, transparent and all-inclusive. You will be charged a monthly fee for your subscription, subject to plan usage limits. If you exceed the limits purchased for your subscription plan, you can upgrade your plan or you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the additional use. You will always know how much it costs before you are charged.
Do you offer any discounts?
You can save a bundle if you switch from monthly billing to our prepaid annual plans.
How does my data get onboarded?
You have options! It’s easy to add your own asset data, if you choose to do so. Our expert onboarding team can also help you remotely or, for an additional fee, we can send our team of onboarding experts to visit your and do it with you or for you. The choice is yours, we promise to make it easy
What kind of asset data can I add to CriticalAsset?
You can add anything you like – floor plans, as-builts, part numbers, manufacturers, user manuals, pictures, IR scans and much more. In additional to the pre-built, easy-to-use forms, you can also easily create your own fields to add whatever you like.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is safe and confidential with us. CriticalAsset uses the strongest-available, industry-standard SSL protocols and we are VPAT and SOC2 compliant.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your paid subscription period and you will not be billed again. If you change your mind after you’ve cancelled, you can reactivate your account at any time. Your data will never be lost.
